Increase in Statutory Payments
Increase to statutory maternity & paternity pay
Maternity, adoption and paternal pay will increase in April 2017 from £139.58 per week to £140.98 or 90% of the salary if the employee earns less than £140.98 per week.
Increase to statutory sick pay
Statutory sick pay (SSP) will increase in April 2017 from £88.45 per week to £89.35.
